Delete your MOLTAS account

You can request permanent deletion of your account and associated personal data using one of the methods below.

Option 1 - In app (recommended)

  1. Sign in to MOLTAS.
  2. Open the account deletion screen in the app.
  3. Confirm deletion by following the instructions.

Option 2 - Email support

If you cannot access your account, email us from the address linked to your account and request deletion.

Request deletion by email

Deletion requests are processed as quickly as possible. Personal data is permanently removed according to our policy.
